Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application forms along with DCB statement in duplicate (one copy sent to F.O) and proof for payment of examination registration fee etc. through the Centre should reach the undersigned on or before: 05.10.2013 ( for VIIth & Vth Semester) and 15.10.2013 (for VIth & IIIrd Semester)
