KOCHI:Department of Mathematics, Cusat, has invited application for the Regional Mathematical Olympiad scheduled to be held at various district headquarters in the state on December 6.
The department is coordinating the regional event on behalf of the National Board for Higher Mathematics(NBHM) and the Department of Atomic Energy India. Selection of plus-two level candidates for the Indian Mathematical Olympiad (Kochi) and International Mathematical Olympiad in Hongkong will be from the toppers at the Regional Olympiad.
Applications on plain paper with details and fees of `50 should reach A Vijayakumar, Regional Coordinator, Cusat, Kochi-682022 on or before October 25.
