Considering the proposals received from the Principals of the recognized Colleges, the schedule and instructions for the conduct of M. Tech Degree Second Semester Examination, June 2014 in the following Branches are hereby notified.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Application for registering as a candidate in the concerned examinations should be submitted in the prescribed fonn available from to the University website www.cusat.ac.in on payment of requisite fee.
- Application received after the last date will be rejected without furnishing reasons.
- In order to issue hall tickets the following should be submitted seven clear working days before the commencement of the Examination.
- Certificate provisional Degree Certificate of attendance and progress. Statement of Marks/Grade of the Internal Assessment.
- Application for the Final Semester Examination should be accompanied by the Application for the Degree Certificate Provisional Degree Certificate & Fec Receipt. Those who have not yet registered themselves as matriculate of this University should submit their application for registration as matriculates. Those who have passed their qUalifying exam from outside the State of Kerala should also submit their applications for the specific recognition of their qualifying exam.
- Candidate should affIX a recent stamp size photograph on the Hall-ticket attested by a faculty member/Head under the Office seal at the Institution where the candidate is appearing for th Examination.
- The Head of the Department should forward the following along with application.
- The DCB statement in duplicate in respect of each Examination.
