As the arts festival Vipanchika 2012 subsided tension arises at CUSAT on the party based attacks. Just The Kalamassery police arrested five students of Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) on charges of attacking a syndicate member of KSU and two others, from the campus on Monday, October 2012.
5 Students were arrested from the scene. According to the police, the arrested attacked KSU leader Tony Rafi, 22, Bony Isaac, 20, and Dileep, 21, who were admitted to the Co-operative Medical College, Kalamasserry with injuries.
