It would give us immense pleasure to have continued ties with you. We remind you about our Alumni Meet on 22-12-12.
Today we had a discussion with student representatives from different batches of our Civil Engineering Division. The following were the decisions taken during the meeting.
1. It is decided to conduct the first Alumni meet of Civil Engineering Division on 22’nd December 2012 (4th Saturday)2. The Venue is at Sea Park Restaurant Hall, Kalamassery with the tentative schedule as follows.10.00 a.m – 11.00 a.m Registration
11.00 a.m – 11.10 a.m Welcome Speech
11.10 a.m – 11.20 a.m About the Alumni
11. 20 a.m – 12.20 a.m Batch wise Introduction
12.20 a.m – 1.00 p.m Election of Office bearers, executive members & other
Committee Members
1.00 p.m – 1.45 p.m Lunch
1.45 p.m – 2.30 p.m Cultural Programmes
After 2.30 Campus Visit (for interested students)3. All Alumni members are also requested to pay a mandatory fee of Rs.200/- as life membership
towards School of Engineering Alumni Association (SEAA) except 2005-2009 batch. In addition it is decided to collect a registration fee of Rs.400/- towards the expenses for the event (Rs.300/- extra for those who accompanying with family)
