Reel Earth 2012 – The green Reels

Department of Youth Welfare, Cochin University of Science and Technology is organizing ‘Reel Earth: Environmental Film Fest of CUSAT 2012 (Reel Earth: EFFC- 2012)’, a festival of environment related documentary films from 24th to 28th September 2012. Reel Earth: EFFC 2012 aims to increase awareness of key environmental issues by promoting and screening short and medium-length films and videos, in documentary format, focusing on environmental issues, produced in any part of the world.

Mr. P Rajeev, Member of Parliament inaugurated the function at 3 P M on 24th September 2012 at School of Marine Sciences Auditorium, Lakeside Campus, Near Fine arts Hall CUSAT. Dr. Ramachandran Thekkedath, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor delivered the key note address. Ms. B Bhadra, Deputy Mayor, Cochin Corporation and Dr. A Ramachandran, Registrar, CUSAT,attended the function.
