KOCHI: The Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) has proposed an academic audit to improve the teaching, learning, evaluation process and exam results in the 2013-14 budget presented on Saturday.  Likewise, an administrative audit has also been proposed to improve the functional efficiency and overall governance of the university.

  Seven students of an engineering college in Thiruvananthapuram were killed when the bus they were travelling plunged into a gorge in Thekkinkanam in Rajakkad in Idukki district on Monday.
